Toubkal Carpets is a trading name of Toubkal Rugs. The store is run by Hassan El Berkaoui, an individual sole proprietor based in Morocco. We are not a registered company. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Hassan El Berkaoui trading as Toubkal Carpets / Toubkal Rugs.

Every rug is handwoven in Morocco, so each piece is one of a kind. Colours, knots, weave and exact measurements vary slightly from item to item, and screens can show colour differently. These natural variations are part of the craft and are not faults.

Almost all of our rugs are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, your piece is woven by hand, which typically takes 40 to 50 days before it ships. A smaller number of pieces are in stock and ready to send, and these usually ship within 4 to 8 days. The status of each piece is shown on its product page.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once payment is received. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a piece is no longer available, we will let you know and arrange a full refund.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free worldwide shipping. Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment is processed securely by PayPal, including card payments made through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment has cleared. We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but if an obvious error occurs we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

The photographs, text, logo and design on this site belong to Toubkal Carpets and may not be copied or reused without our permission. The traditional Amazigh patterns woven into our rugs belong to the wider heritage of the communities that create them.

We take real care in making, describing and shipping every rug. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any dispute will be dealt with under Moroccan law. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
