Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world. Your rug travels by tracked courier, and we send you the tracking number as soon as it is on its way so you can follow it to your door.

Almost all of our rugs are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, your piece is woven by hand, which usually takes 40 to 50 days before it leaves our hands. Weaving cannot be rushed, and that time is what gives each rug its quality.

Some pieces are already in stock and ready to send. These usually ship within 4 to 8 days of your order. The status of each piece is shown on its product page, so you always know before you buy.

After a rug ships, transit time depends on your location and the courier, and typically runs a few business days to about two weeks.

You will receive tracking by email at dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for a while, or a delivery looks delayed, get in touch and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.

Your rug ships internationally from Morocco. Depending on where you live, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility. If you are unsure, your local customs office can tell you what may apply.
