When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

• Your name and the shipping address the rug is going to.
• Your email address and, where you provide it, your phone number.
• Order details such as the items, sizes, custom requests and amounts.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and improve it.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled directly by PayPal on their own secure systems.

• To process your order, take payment and arrange delivery.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking information.
• To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds or custom requests.
• To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and meet our basic record keeping needs.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services we need to run the store:

• PayPal · to process your payment securely, including card payments made through PayPal.
• Shipping couriers · we pass your name, address and contact details to the tracked courier carrying your rug from Morocco.
• Analytics providers · we may use privacy-minded analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

Each of these partners handles your data under their own privacy terms. We share the minimum needed for them to do their job.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site running, remember your basket and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as keeping items in your basket, may not work as well if you do.

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to support your purchase, handle any returns, and meet ordinary tax and accounting needs. After that we remove or anonymise the data.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from any non-essential email at any time. To make a request, just email us and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
